During June 16 through August 19 2011 we will adjust our opening hours. Under this period we will open at 8am CEST and close 4pm CEST. Lunch will be between 12 and 12.30pm.

Creator of Betongplankan commended
The municipality of Timrå has appointed the creator of Betongplankan - Torgny Nordin - as Resident of the Year according to todays issue of the local newspaper Dagbladet. LinkExpo extends their congratulations to Torgny!

LinkExpo to Finland and Estonia
On monday almost half the work force of LinkExpo began a trip to Finland and Estonia. During tuesday we will meet up with clients and partners in Finland. On wednesday and thursdag we will continue our work in Estonia before returning to Sweden on friday.

LinkExpo ackredited licensing broker
As one of the first companies in Sweden LinkExpo is now able to say they have not only one but two ackredited licensing brokers. LinkExpo has as such joined a very exclusive group of business developing companies who can call themsleves ackredited licensing brokers.For many years there has been a vacuum on the market. Innovators and scientists has had a hard time finding partners to help them get their innovations and inventions out on the open market. There are help to get with counseling or expensive consultant services but very few of these has been able to take an innovation from prototype to manufacturing and on to sales. For those with a product too expensive to manufacture and sell by themselves there's only one way to go and that is to licensing the rights to outside partners. Such negotiations are hard to conduct and time consuming. For that reason has Almi Företagspartner Mitt AB i cooperation with Innovative Marketing AB implemented a qualified training and amongst others certified two of LinkExpos coworkers as ackredited licensing brokers.

LinkExpo at Guldstegen
During Thursday, October 21st, parts of LinkExpo participated in a trade and industry seminar at Söråkers Herrgård. Later that evening the rest of the company joined up at Söråkers Folkets Hus where the annual Guldstegen Gala was to be held. Two of our projects where nominated in the class "Innovator of the Year". Sadly none of our nominees won however we do congratulate all the winners. Read more about the whole event and all the winners on the Guldstegen web site.

Welcome Anna-Karin
Today Anna-Karin begins her position as Office Coordinator here at LinkExpo. A-K will care for the office in general and also be the first person visitors come in contact with both in real life as well as on the phone.

Projects nominated to Guldstegen
This year not only one, but two of LinkExpos projects are nominated to Guldstegen. Last year Design By Torgny was nominated and it has been nominated again this year as Innovator of the Year. In the same category we find another of our projects, B8Shield - a project which was voted Fishing gadget of the Year at the Swedish Sports Fishing Fair in May. You can participate in the outcome by voting at the Guldstegen web site.
